The Standing Board of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Can Tho City has established 2 teams to inspect the VFF’s activities in districts in 2021.

In October 2021, although the Covid-19 pandemic had an enormous impact on the general socio-economic development, the districts actively performed professional tasks according to the proposed cooperative program.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Nhan - Member of the Standing Committee of Can Tho City Party Committee, Chairman of the VFF Committee of Can Tho City and Team Leader – giving a speech to direct the inspection in Ninh Kieu District.

It was concerned with propagating the Party's guidelines and the State's laws and policies, promoting the national great unity bloc, and collecting public opinions. The election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term, as well as the guidelines and directive documents on Covid-19 prevention and control, received special attention.

The VFF at all levels timely advises District Party Committees. The Steering Committee for ethic and religious affairs visited, gave gifts in rituals of ethnicity and religions and encouraged the role of dignitaries and sub-dignitaries in local emulation movements and VFF’s campaigns.

The Team Leader requested the Standing Board of the VFF Committee of Districts to focus on pandemic prevention and control; propagate and collect public opinion, particularly on support policies for people; pay attention to care for the poor during the Tet Holidays in 2022; and expand outstanding examples as well as creative and effective methods to contribute to enhancing the quality of the wards eligible for "civilized urban" in the area.
