The contest on Vietnam - Laos relations history in 2022 is held in the form of weekly online quizzes on the Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper, VCNet social network and press released of other coordinated agencies during 12 weeks, starting from June 13th, 2022 to September 5th, 2022.
All Vietnamese citizens and foreigners are permitted to participate in the contest, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, profession or religion. Participants must be at least 14 years old.
In the contest of each week, there are 1 First prize (3.000.000 VND), 2 Second prizes (2.000.000 VND for each) and 5 Third prizes (1.000.000 VND for each).
The purpose of this contest is to educate the revolutionary tradition and make each citizen, especially the young generation of the two countries understand more thoroughly about the special relationship and solidarity between Vietnam and Laos in the national liberation struggle and socialism building of each country.
The contest also aims to widely inform all classes of people in Vietnam and the overseas Vietnamese community as well as international friends about the historical significance and importance of the traditional solidarity and special relations as well as the comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, the two States and the two peoples of Vietnam - Laos and Laos - Vietnam.
